Who I am

Steven Jensen is a seasoned entertainment and hospitality professional with over two decades of experience in talent management, media production, public relations, and entrepreneurial ventures. Over the last five years, Steven has focused on launching and operating hospitality-driven businesses in the Carolinas, bringing together his deep background in branding, public engagement, and experiential marketing.

After relocating from Los Angeles to Charlotte, Steven pivoted from a long-standing entertainment career—where he produced television, live events, and managed high-profile talent—to founding and operating high-concept hospitality projects. His most recent venture, BAR ONE Lounge, showcased his ability to translate creative vision into vibrant, consumer-facing experiences with strong cultural relevance. Known for his creative strategy and leadership under pressure, Steven has worked closely with construction, legal, operations, and marketing teams to bring these complex projects to life from the ground up.

Earlier in his career, Steven served as a talent manager and producer with his own firm, with Vincent Cirrincione Associates and was SVP of Talent & Corporate at BWR Public Relations in Beverly Hills. He managed award-winning clients, led national PR campaigns and developed original programming in the film, television and digital space. His work has spanned every television network and most of the major film studios. His marketing and PR efforts covered red carpet events, reality shows, philanthropic initiatives, and corporate storytelling for major entertainment brands.
